Today I have a fancy mask to review - the Glam Glow Gravity Mud Firming Treatment. I picked this without any previous knowledge or research from the 100 point perks at Sephora. I figured it had to be decent if it was by Glam Glow...right?! Let me show you!
The sample is pretty small. I tend to use a decent amount of a mask, so this was a one time use for me.
This is what happens when you don't know what you're putting on your face until it is on! LOL. This was a bright silver peel-off mask that is supposed to change colors as it dries.
Sigh. I hate a peel off mask because you never know if you're peeling off good cells or bad ones. Actually, you pretty much know that you're getting some good skin off.
For what it's worth, the pulling part of this one is pretty painless. The silver color is pretty cool but there was no color change as it dried.
I left this on about 20 mins and peeled it off. It came off cleanly, in one piece, with just a few smudges on my face left over.
Results?! Nothing, really. Womp, womp. My skin was super soft. That was about it. I didn't notice firmness or anything else, so maybe this is a mask you need to use often to see results.
I personally wouldn't purchase this as I tend to shy away from peel- off masks. I also didn't notice a scent if you're concerned. MEH to this.
Have you tried it? Do you like it?
