Mask of the Week: Naisture 15 Minute Mask Pack Moisture Green Tea

Seriously, is there a more soothing skincare ingredient than green tea!? I found this mask, and a few others by Naisture, at the Asian Grocery near my boyfriend's place, and I definitely had to try it out! Spoiler: it did not disappoint!

As usual, I used this in conjunction with my other skin care products. I did a double cleanse (products not shown), then I used, in order:

  • Klairs Supple Preparation Toner
  • IOPE Moistgen Skin Softener
  • Sulwhasoo Balancing Emulsion
  • Algenist Elevate Retinol Serum
  • Naisture 15 Minute Mask Pack Moisture Green Tea
  • Eb5 Eye Complex
  • Shisedo Essential Energy Moisturizing Cream
  • Burt's Bee's Overnight Lip Mask

First thought: there is enough serum for 13 masks in here! I will remember to get an old bottle for the excess next time! Since I wasn't prepared, I just covered my hands, arms, shoulders, feet, get the point!

The smell is the soothing, gentle scent you expect of green tea. The mask is super heavy, due to the essence, but does fit well.

I bet you would have to leave this on 15 hours for it to dry, because nothing in the wetness or consistency changed in 15 minutes. It was still so essencey that I could wring it out! I used the crumpled mask to re-rub down my arms and legs.

My skin felt nice - smooth, soft, but nothing major to write home about. I would pick this up again due to the convenience of being able to grab it in the store, but it wouldn't be something I would order online, given there are so many other options at a similar price point available.

Have you tried the Naisture brand? Thoughts?
