Masks of the Week: The Body Shop Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask and Duft&Doft Pink Milk Mask

After a particularly grueling retail shift over the holiday, I decided it was a good night for a double mask! I wanted something to thoroughly cleanse my skin and get all the gunk out, so I started with
The Body Shop Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask. After that was rinsed off, I added toner, essence, emulsion, and serum. Once those were absorbed, I went with a soothing sheet mask and chose the Duft&Doft Pink Milk Mask.

This packet came in a set of 6 packets from The Body Shop, with one sachet for each type of mask that the brand offers.

I love a colorful mask! This was a lovely light green and did smell like matcha, but it was incredibly subtle. I have matcha tea that is 1000x more overpowering. This just smells fresh. I am not sure how it works but it works! After just ten mins, I rinsed away the mask to reveal supple, soft, glowing skin. I will definitely purchase a full size of this one.

I admit it, this fell into my cart on FaceTory over Black Friday weekend because I was hoping it would be pink! Milk is well known for moisturizing, so radiance was an added bonus. I bought this with high hopes!

Woo hoo! Not only was it pink, but it was the softest cloth ever. This mask came up on FaceTory's most popular mask list, and I can see why! It smells clean, maybe a touch sweet. The cloth itself stretches nicely and wraps the skin securely. The essence is thick and doesn't drip, but the mask is thoroughly saturated. I literally have nothing bad to say about this mask and will absolutely re-purchase. Have you tried the Duft&Doft brand? Any recommendations?

Needless to say, these two masks were a powerhouse combination that I have got to use again!
