I have been such a slacker in regards to my Empties Reports, but I have been collecting empties the whole time. On vacation the end of June, I put off my post...my birthday was the beginning of August...so I put off my post...but now! I will get back on track.
Here is my gigantic pile of empties from June, July, and August.
I also kept my empty packets, too.
I am not going to go through each one! We would be here forever. Instead, I gathered my top favorites and items I would definitely re-purchase. I'll tell you about each one of those.
LUSH Cosmetics Lemony Flutter Body Conditioner: This is a LUSH Kitchen product, meaning it is made special and not available in store. The only permanent LF scented product is a super thick cuticle product that I dislike, but the smell is just heaven.
LUSH Cosmetics Ultrabland: I constantly have this on hand. It is a thick balm that takes off all makeup. It soothes dry skin in an instant, has no smell, and just works so well.
LUSH Cosmetics Ro's Argan Body Conditioner: Ro's is a permanent item, and thank heavens for that, because it smells SO good. If you love LUSH Rose Jam shower gel, you will love this.
Boscia BB Cream: I used this sample during my vacation in Arizona, and it held up to the intense heat. It isn't full coverage, but good coverage. This one adjusts to your skin tone and helps to perfect your complexion.
Rhonda Allison Cucumber Spritz: I finished this bottle in perfect timing to get a replacement from the Spa at Essex in Essex, CT. I don't know if this has actual skin care purposes, but it smells amazing and is so soothing and refreshing.
Bath & Body Works Limoncello Hand Cream: I know B&BW adds some artificial and less than desirable ingredients to their products, but again, the smell. I love this in candle version and the handcream version.
L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara: Sigh. This has been discontinued for some time now, and I am running out of back ups. I recently discovered Cover Girl's The Super Sizer and it is the best replacement I have found, so you know that'll be discontinued soon, too.
Essence All About Matt Powder: Under $4 holy grail! I am all about this powder, which puffs lightly on your skin and mattes you without giving your skin any sort of a whitish cast. My only qualm is that it is super breakable and soft, which means you cannot travel with it without it breaking all over your makeup bag.
Now for the totals.
Monthly Totals: 53 empties and 24 sample packets.
Yearly Totals: 159 empties and 65 sample packets.
