NYX Ombre Blush: Code Breaker

I know this is usually a polish blog...but you guys don't mind a makeup post, do you? I heard of the NYX Ombre blush and was very intrigued. I have become a blush fan (addict) in the past few months and find myself looking at them more and more often.

Luckily, I found the new Ombre blush at CVS and the little coupon machine there had just printed me a $3 off $15 cosmetics purchase. ENABLER!

How pretty is Code Breaker? There were a few other options but they looked a bit orangey to me. I figured Code Breaker was safer, more all year round friendly, since it is pink. And, you know, I do love pink.

Let's look inside!

Want to see it on? Taking pics of myself (for someone other than my boyfriend) is not really my forte but I think you can see how pretty it is...I def picked the right color for my skin tone!

Ignore my (stupid) eyebrow ring scar, please! #quasimodoeyebrows

The blush is very pigmented. I tapped my brush to get off excess before I applied. It is soft and beautiful with just a touch of pigment but could clearly be built up easier if you wanted that look.

What do you think? Do you want to see more makeup posts on the blog? Please let me know!

  1. I skip blush since I work so hard to cover natural redness in my cheeks, but this one is really pretty!
