Nail Art! Modern Neon French Manicure Featuring Salon Perfect Neon POP!

Once I "master" a nail art technique, I tend to obsessively do it over and over for a few weeks. Today's nail art post is my take on a modern, free hand, neon, french type of manicure. I got to say, I love the finished look!

All of the neons that I used here are part of the Salon Perfect Neon POP! collection. There are 12 polishes in the collection...a few are re-releases from last year and a few are brand new. I will show you them individually, too, but I was really excited to show you what I did with them now.

First, I used a base of Pillow Talk by Barielle. This is a gorgeous, neutral, two coater creme.

Then I took my POP! polishes, from last year and this year, and layered them on my finger tips. I specifically didn't try to make the same "v" design on each nail because I knew I wouldn't get it perfectly. Instead, I played around with darker and lighter colors and layered them randomly.

My cinderella hand was different, too, so I did take a few pics for you.

What do you think? This is simple but striking and I have received so many compliments on this from co-workers (and strangers, too...creeeeepahs!). Is this a design that you would recreate?

You can find the Salon Perfect Neon POP! collection at Walmart stores. They are under $4 each and so worth it!
