Today, let's look at the Bubblies! Group shot:
First up, the pretty blue, Muse, really should've been named Ariel because it looks like a mermaid's tail to me! My swatches show three thin coats, which were needed for all of the polishes to get an opaque finish with no visible nail line.
Next, this is Harper, which is a light pink with gold shimmer. I do love this one, it is so dainty and girly. Swatches show 3 coats with topcoat.
Binx is the purple of the crew and I probably should've used a 4th coat for this. I wanted to love it but it is so much more vibrant in the bottle than on the nail. It also really threw off my camera. I took sooo many pics but these are the best.
The darker orange is called Jesy. I like this much better - and I actually love the orange creme, photos coming in a few days - and it is opaque in two coats. Photos show 3 with topcoat. Pretty, right? Can't wait to rock this with a tan later in the summer. My camera went a little wonky on me with this color, but you get the idea.
Last but not least, Stassi is a bright green, opaque with no nail line visible in three coats. I added topcoat here, too. I was surprised by how much I liked this one!
Overall, I do like this collection, with only a couple of exceptions. Jellies can be tough if you dislike visible nail line, which I do, so I did use three full coats and topcoat for my pics. If you don't mind VNL, you can probably get away with two like Zoya says on the site.
My faves, no surprise here, are Harper, and, probably a surprise here, Jesy!
Check back on Thursday to see the Tickled creme collection.
