This is Damage Control by Jenna Hipp. This is my first polish by Jenna Hipp and I am pleasantly surprised at what a smooth, opaque, creamy creme polish this is! My swatches show three coats of DC and topcoat:

DC was gifted to me for Christmas, and I must admit, this mani was done closer to the holidays, but with VDay coming up, I thought the time was proper for a pink polish post! (say that ten times fast, LOL).
I am not sure where to find Jenna Hipp polishes, but if you like a good creme polish, I do recommend trying this brand.
