I have to admit, when I opened this press sample package from China Glaze, I squealed with happiness. I had already seen pictures of the Sea Goddess texture polishes floating around and when I received the press release info, I was instantly in LOVE.
China Glaze sent me the following:
How amazing are the colors in the bottles? Will the swatches hold up?
First up is Wish On A Starfish. This is one of my FAVORITE texture polishes! It is a cotton candy pink that has a gorgeous gold sheen. The polish dries so quickly, as texture tends to do. This is two coats, no topcoat. No issues at all!
You know I have a few more pics of this!
Next up is Teal The Tide Turns. From the bottle, it does not look like the polish will be textured much at all, and on the nail, I am sorry to say, it is not really textured much. Check it out:
See how less texture-y it looks? The color itself is a pretty teal, but I don't really like the darker green/almost black glitter. In sum, this one does not have the same texture as the others.
Last but not least, Tail Me Something is a purple texture polish. Love the color of this one. It has a similar great formula to Wish On A Starfish, with adequate glitters, dry time, and texture consistency.
I do love this color!
Wish on a Starfish is by far my favorite. I will def pick this up again!
You can find China Glaze at Sallys Beauty, their standalone website, and online retailers like head2toe.
