Let's keep the small business posts going this week!! Today I have two new polishes from A Girl Obsessed that are already available in her shop now:
She gave me two, a pretty blue holo called It Rains Diamonds on Jupiter, and a wintery but bright glitter topcoat called Vinter Snowrise. Let's take a look, starting with IRDOJ!
This is 3 coats and AGO topcoat for extra shine. Great formula, sheer but easy to build up opacity, with an average dry time.
I am spoiled because I posted on Facebook asking if anyone had a recommendation for a good baby blue holo polish, and a few minutes later or so, Sam texted me a picture of this!! Perfect baby blue!
Next up is Vinter Snowrise, a gorgeous glitter topper in a clear base.
VS has white glitters, white bars, orange and pink glitters, and a few snowflake glitters. Sam also includes a baggie of snowflake glitter so you can enhance your mani. I did one set of swatches without the extra snowflakes and one with them.
This is two coats of VS over Out The Door Black Hole. I love the girly mix of glitters in this polish. Application is flawless, but the snowflake glitters were def MIA in this swatch.
I also swatched over Warm & Toasty Turtleneck from Essie's 2013 Winter Collection, I did two coats of VS and added some snowflake glitters. I literally just sprinkled them over my nails when the polish was still tacky. I added two coats of A Girl Obsessed topcoat to smooth them down.
