Marilla's Amethyst Brooch - Amethyst shimmer with a pink to orange color shifting flash

I have 4 gorgeous polishes to show you!!

Here is how the polishes arrived. I love the packaging!

Group shot! Left to right, they are: - Anne With An E, Marilla's Amethyst Brooch, Raspberry Cordial and Green Gables!

I feel it is only proper to show you Green Gables first, since it is the namesake of the collection. I used three coats of GG, no undies, no topcoat. Hello, shine and holo-happiness. Application was perfect. I am not usually a green fan, but green in a holo outfit just sings to me. Love this!

Next up is Anne With An E. This one requires undies since it is designed to be a sparkly, holo topcoat. I wanted a summer feel so I pulled out a couple China Glaze Summer 2013 polishes that I've been able to acquire. :) Here is two coats of Anne over Bottoms Up - the pink, and Highlight of My Summer - the green. I'll tackle the CG's in another post....

Next up is Marilla's Amethyst Brooch. I used one coat of a CG purple (I forget which one, nothing new) and two coats of MAB:

And, last but not least.....cue the angels singing here: Raspberry Cordial!!

This is possibly my dream polish. It's already found it's way to my special polishes cabinet, away from the General Population (LOL, I watch Lock Down too often). This is three dreamy coats of RC:

I almost forgot to mention that this holo is special because there are raspberry micro-glitters with the holo that gives it a beautiful, deep shine. Love!

Aren't these gorgeous?

You can check out Amy's shop here: Literary Lacquers and on Facebook for sneak peeks and updates! This collection goes on sale June 5th - I def suggest checking it out.

  1. I love that you have your polishes sorted out like the prison system. Isnt Raspberry Cordial to die for?!
