Who says you cannot rock neons in the middle of winter?

Check out China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy from the Summer 2012 collection.  I needed to feel some Summer memories today.

I also muted it out, just to make it a little more acceptable for winter.

Am I talking crazy?  Do you feel like there are appropriate seasons for some colors??

First, shiny:

Flash makes this look way paler and more muted than it is. FFF is a BRIGHT neon, possibly the bright polish I own. Yep, I said it!

And muted out with some butterLONDON Matte (and w/cleaner cuticles, LOL):

I like this little peak of summer. What do you think?

PS: Accent nail is, of course, Rainbow Honey A Little Kindness, but I bet you knew that!
