I still cant find a shop :( I am the worst at describing colors, but I will give it a shot. Let's take a look first!
Obviously it is white based with small and medium blue hex, medium and small grey hex, small white hex, and a fine blue throughout. It is lovely!
This is two coats of First Frost alone because it doesn't need undies. I love how the finer blue glitters throughout make the bigger pieces flow seamlessly across the nail.
