Holo Flower Art! Sally Hansen, UP Colors, Orly Roses

I still think my roses look slightly like a female cheetah getting ready for a hot date with too much makeup on, but it could be much, much worse, trust me, LOL.

Here is what I used:

-Seche Vite base and topcoats
-Orly Ancient Jade
-UP Colors Lilas
-Stripe Rite
-Sally Hansen Smooth & Perfect Whisper

The finished product!  Here is a closeup:

This Sally Hansen formula is SHEEEEEEEEER.  I needed about 5 coats to get the opacity I wanted.  Who has time for that!!?!?  It's pretty, don't get me wrong, but good grief.  In two manis, I'll be half-way through the bottle.

The base of the flowers was the Lilas Chrome from UP Colors, and the Stripe Rite was the accent.  If anyone has hints for making the roses more FLOWER and less SAFARI, please let me know on Facebook!!  Thanks in advance ;)

The last pic is in the sun.  Love the holo accents and how shiny this mani is.  Seche Vite is really amazing stuff!  I am using their basecoat now since it was on sale at Sallys and I love it as much as the basecoat!

Thanks for stopping by,
